API Credit Refund Policy

1. Overview
This refund policy applies to all Phrasly Business API subscriptions and API credit purchases made through business.phrasly.ai. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Credit Refunds
Your monthly subscription includes API credits. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, the following terms apply:
- Within 14 days of your billing date: You may request a refund for unused subscription credits. The refund amount will be calculated as the remaining unused credit balance at the time of the request.
- After 14 days from your billing date: Subscription credits are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
3. Autopay Credit Refunds
Autopay top-up charges occur when your credit balance drops below your configured threshold. These credits are refundable as long as they remain unused:
- Unused autopay credits: You may request a refund for any unused autopay credits at any time. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the top-up at the time of the request.
- Used autopay credits: Credits that have already been consumed by API calls are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Whether the refund is for subscription or autopay credits
- Reason for the refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your API access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Remaining subscription credits expire at the end of your billing period (unless within the 14-day refund window).
- Unused autopay credits remain eligible for a refund upon request.
- No further charges will be made.
6. Exceptions
